The Dainkheads Are Back Outside: “Adrenaline Overdose”

Your favorite band is back.

Daink and the Dainkheads have been in the lab working on new sounds and working on new shows to give their Dainkhouse family new ways to experience their sound. Their newest project “ADRENALINE OVERDOSE” is a testament of the work they’ve been putting in and a highlight of Atlanta’s 2025 summer playlist. Let’s give a shoutout to the guys.

Now let’s get into this tape. The starter track “This Is It” is such an energetic introduction that sets the tone for the tape. The real star of the show is “Back Outside,” an essential to play at the function.  “When I Land” is one of my personal faves and is quickly becoming one of their apparent setlist performing tracks. The up tempo “Flo State” gives a good callback to the 90’s alternative rock sound. “Fed Up” is one of their more rap tracks, bringing versatility to the tracklist.

Daink finely tunes his vocals to pair with the guitar riffs that carry the beats on this tape. You also can hear distinction between Greedy Joe and Daink’s guitars so it adds a nice layering to their production. Jaris’s drums add a necessity kick to set in the rhythm while Dakhari’s mix and vocals is a always a crowd pleaser. One band = one sound.
