MIKE & Tony Seltzer - Pinball (Album)

NYC underground rapper MIKE teamed up with Brooklyn-based producer Tony Seltzer on their latest collaborative project, “Pinball”, teleporting fans directly inside one of the retro machines from the moment they press play.

With a runtime of about 21 minutes, “Pinball takes fans in a bit of a different direction creatively in the best way possible. Although it’s not his typical sound, MIKE effortlessly delivers a fire, laidback-style flow over Seltzer’s eccentric production bouncing from spacey and whimsical to upbeat with heavy bass. It’s such a fun and short listen that it’s already in my daily rotation multiple times. We also get guest appearances from Earl Sweatshirt, Niontay, Jay Critch, and Tony Shhnow who all shine on their respective features.

“Pinball comes just a few months after MIKE dropped two albums towards the end of last year. “Faith is a Rock” was a collaborative project with Wiki and The Alchemist, and a few weeks later, his solo project, “Burning Desire, was released. MIKE’s Somebody Fine Me Trouble Tour kicks off this week in Europe before coming to the US in April 2024.
