Don Toliver - Deep In The Water (Official Video)

You tend to dive in the deep end when the water is just right.

Don Toliver is clearly in it and makes it known with “Deep In The Water”, which refers to his feelings for Kali Uchis, the mother of their coming child (who may already be born).

The song is rather vintage Donny Womack and has a vibe that I enjoy from him. He’s also seemingly in the same setting as the previous single’s video. The blue aura does wonders for the vibe and it has everything you want in a single.

As I wrote this out, I had both recent songs on repeat. It sounds like he’s about to deliver a cohesive and enjoyable project for us.
