Meek Mill delivers a powerful meditation on conflict with this new single. “Who Decides War” sees Meek Mill questioning the causes of violence and reflecting on the consequences it inflicts on its victims. “Who decide/Who gonna make it out or who should die?”; These lines delivered over somber piano chords make for an emotionally heavy single. This earnest lyricism is something we have come to expect of Meek Mill.
