Maxo Kream - Big Hoe Me
Gritty and ethereal; Houston Native Maxo Kream dropped his fourth single ‘Big Hoe Me’ leading up to seventh album ‘Personification’, dropping on November 15th.
The song features two distinct beats and flows which compliment Maxo’s storytelling abilities perfectly and is an exciting look into his upcoming project. As the fourth single it follows ‘Cracc Era’ with Tyler, The Creator, ‘Bang the Bus’, and ‘Talkin’ in Screw’ with That Mexican OT. The song follows stories of Maxo’s early life in Houston under the guidance of his “Big Homies”, which had led to him to a life of involvement with Houston crip-sets, all juxtaposed with Maxo’s current path and perspective following his 2016 RICO case and his surrender to federal authorities in 2023. In the song, Maxo’s ‘big homies’ give him a family, cause and purpose while simultaneously being the cause for the loss he discusses in the song.
Maxo continues to polish his storytelling skills and all singles leading to this album are showing major promise for possibly his best project yet.
