Ski Mask the Slump God - Sin City (Mixtape)

First and foremost, I’m happy to see Ski releasing music again. Seeing his energy in his LA Leakers freestyle was refreshing. It’s been very rough couple of years since he landed on the XXL Freshman cover in 2018, as he lost a best friend and partner in rhyme in the late XXXtentacion that same year and went through the same pain again at the end of 2019 in the late Juice WRLD. Add to that all of the depressing pressures of 2020 and it would be very easy to assume he would take some more time off to live his life and do other things. But nope. Not on Ski’s watch. He’s always been an artist with a very commanding and tongue-twisting flow, and I’m interested to see what this next chapter of his career brings. Check out Sin City above.
