Rod Wave has consistently bared his soul for the last couple of years, both on wax and publicly. His last project was a bit of a departure from that, with a markedly lighter tone. But with the word diary in the title of this project and the eerie “7 Day Theory” subtitle taken from Pac, I can’t help but feel like Rod is back up to the same old tricks that got him hot in the first place.
