HENNESSY - Maybe I’m Oversharing

There is so much power in vulnerability. HENNESSY’s 3 new tracks are a testament to that.

Track 1: “maybe i’m oversharing” is completely stripped of any music and instead is HENNESSY talking to us for two minutes. Speaking on depression, anxiety, and shortcomings. It was raw, honest, and genuine. I found it to be a beautiful way to connect with the listener on a deeper level. Especially about things that I know so many people can relate to, myself included.

The next two tracks: “therapy session” and “me, myself & i” give us a bit more insight into what she was referring to in the intro. I can feel the emotion behind the vocals. These songs really feel like a release for HENNESSY.

Ultimately, I believe the overall theme here is acceptance of where you are and coming to terms with what is.
A step forward on her path to healing.
I really enjoyed HENNESSY’s transparency on these songs and her willingness to share them with us.
