Emotional Oranges ft Anycia - Hot Outside

Before June 26, 2024 I was completely unaware of my absolute need for an Emotional Oranges and Anycia collaboration but man, am I glad they figured it out before I did. 

Emotional Oranges and Summer are synonymous; something like peanut butter and jelly. So it’s no surprise that they blessed us with another seasonal anthem. However, getting Anycia on the track was the most pleasant surprise. 

The production honestly gives me early 2000s nostalgia. When I hear it, I imagine it being played at kickback or a day party. Anycia RODE the hell out of this beat and absolutely commanded it. This one of my favorite verses from her. Both parts of Emotional Oranges held their own, letting off bars about not being tied down.

“HOT OUTSIDE” can easily be named one of my personal favorite song of the summer contenders so far this year. Plus, the cover art is fire so bonus points are automatically added.
