Since breaking through on Travis Scott’s ASTROWORLD cut “CAN’T SAY”, Don Toliver has quickly become quite the presence in hip-hop. He’s not ubiquitous: he can be escaped, just not for long. He dropped his debut mixtape in Heaven Or Hell and held his own/stole the show on the Catcus Jack JACKBOYS compilation project He delivered some of the greatest hooks of the year with his Internet Money collaborations, and even popped up on Nas’ Grammy winning King’s Disease album. His profile outside of music has continued to raise thanks to his relationship with Kali Uchis as well. All that has been missing is the debut album. What can be said about Don that hasn’t already been said though? He feels like a more vocally talented Travis Scott with his wavy, psychedelic production.
