K CAMP - Life Has Changed (feat. PNB Rock) [Single]

I ain’t gonna hold you. K Camp has flown under my radar for a while. I’m well aware of the Atlanta native’s reputation for consistency, and every time he’s popped up since he first burst onto the scene with “Cut Her Off” I haven’t necessarily been disappointed so much as unmoved. Honestly, what drew me to want to peep this more than anything was PNB Rock crawling out from under his… well, rock. Seeing these two names paired together, I expected some serious melodic chemistry. And the title immediately brought Ginuwine’s “Differences” to mind (and by extension, Pop Smoke’s “What You Know Bout Love”). This interpolation makes me very happy. Definitely different enough from Pop Smoke’s flip of the same record, but it’s still hard not to compare the two. Overall, this one going in the “Riding With Shorty” playlist for sure.
